For several days now the CIA has been forwarding messages to Gene Aldridge, a member of the FBI Cyber Enclave. After decoding, translating and deciphering the hidden meaning of these messages, Gene and his team advise their handler, Bill Sanders that a meeting is to take place in a warehouse located at the dockyard. As soon as the FBI searches the warehouse in question they find a cache of weapons waiting for someone to pick them up. Moreover, one of the security officers working at the docks advises Gene that The Charisma is anchored offshore (instead of coming to the port) and waiting for the train’s arrival. Further investigation reveals that the train in question is transporting plutonium cells. As soon as the team realizes that the crew on The Charisma is probably ready to heist the train and take charge of its precious cargo, Bill Sanders organizes what he calls a “Dock-Stop Operation”, whereby the FBI will not only prevent the terrorists from taking hold of the plutonium cells but also avert a dockyard incident that would have cost many lives.
